Jeff Hebbard understands first-hand how lean transformation and culture are intertwined. He served as VP of Operations for 11 years as a key leader in a major lean transformation at Ariens over the same timeframe. A true believer in the power of lean management principles, he has also led continuous improvement efforts outside the traditional manufacturing environment, introducing lean management principles and tools to power equipment dealers, commercial landscape contractors, suppliers and sales teams.

They will discuss how it works, what they already had completed, and what tweaks needed to be made. Those attending this session will take away the real knowledge they need to get started on the ISO/SN 9001 certification process.
