The Freak Factor: Discovering Uniqueness by Flaunting Weakness

Do you want more happiness, fulfillment, and energy? Do you want to dramatically improve your productivity and increase employee performance?

Innovation, Compliance and Better HR Decision Making Part 1

The acquisition, development and retention of a solid workforce is one of the top business issues facing the professional snow and ice management industry. This challenge is even more difficult for those companies with small to non-existing HR departments, leaving overburdened owners and top managers to flail about desperately in a vast sea devoid of quality candidates.

Hunter Lott has spent his career working with small businesses. He shares what he’s learned during a two-part educational session that shares his knowledge and insight with the audience. He is the founder of HR<50, which is dedicated to supporting one-person HR departments and enabling good business decision-making. Lott has presented workshops to more than 100,000 business leaders and reviewed more than 1,000 employee handbooks. Lott is the author of “Please Sue Me-The Guide to Safe Hiring” and “Firing Practices for the Frontline Manager with a Short Attention Span.”
